Summarize your bug Exp Gain bugged with XP Sliders adjusted for player career
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a CFM Player career (appears in cloud and offline) as undrafted (so you have superstar trait from the beginning), then turn the XP slider for your position to 300%... when you train (sim or played) or play the game (sim or trained) you don't get the correct amount if XP, but only a small fraction.
What happens when the bug occurs? You don't get the correct Experience Amount
What do you expect to see? to get the correct Experience Amount
