Early Access Code Not Working [ Edited ]

I just got an email from MUTrewards with an early access code to download Madden 18 Standard Edition but when I entered the code in the PSN store to redeem the code it says it's already been used? Anyone else dealing with this or receive that email?

Me too. Idk what is going on. Now, I gave it to a friend to use because I have the game preordered already. I know I can do this, I just want to know how I can get this done.
