Changing email on console

I’m trying to log in on my Xbox to play Madden 18 but an email shows up that I don’t want to sign in using cause I don’t have the password for that account. How do I change the email I want to log in using on my consol?

You can either contact us to reset your EA account password or change your EA associated email address.

Hello there. I just got my PlayStation back and I’m not able to sign into my EA account because on the email it gives me it’s missing a number in it and I can’t even log into my email so I’m not able to change the password or nothing. I just want to make a new one because I can’t play online features

Not True. I reset the Email on the EA website but the console still only sees the former. So, that answer EA_Barry gave is not Correct. F
