Summarize your bug: I get download error message every time the game starts tuning, roster,play call data i cant play online without these updates and ive tried deleting and reinstalling the game still doesnt work
How often does the bug occur?: Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?: after the loading screen or head on screen
What happens when the bug occurs?: message says there was an error could not download roster update or tuning data
What do you expect to see?: download complete 100%
If your game crashed, about how many minutes were you playing before it crashed?:

Date/time issue occurred: 8/23/16
Did this issue happen in Connected Franchise Mode?: No

You have to uninstall the game update and reinstall it like you first did. The one that takes a few hours to upload. Uninstall it and reinstall it then you should be fine. That's what I did and it worked

I'm having this same problem today and did the same thing you did. I can't even start the game even after it asks me to retry and I say no it tries any way

i did it twice & it still will not download up dated rosters or tune data
