cant sign in on madden 17

I'm trying to sign in to madden 17 but it keeps saying, "We cannot complete this action at this time. If you need assistance, please reference help.ea.com or answers.ea.com." Do you know why it does that?

@GameUniverse6789 Do you still have the same issue? If so have you tried restarting your console and router to reset the connection? Also what platform are you playing on?
