Trial Ended well before 10 hours for me [ Edited ]

Hello, I am having issue with the preorder trial for madden 17, I was able to play an hour or 2 I played some mut and ranked, but my game froze/went idle a few times and I was unable to fix the issue, I think I played a max of 3 hours of the game, I was wondering if I could get help getting some play time in? I would really appreciate it. I called Xbox live earlier and they also put a case iin for me, the reference number is 1352057653. Thank you
