Stuck at Loading-Roster official. (XBOX One)

I got Madden as part of EA Access, it worked just fine. I used my 10 hours without any problems.

Purchased the game today and ran it, it runs and then gets stuck in "Loading-roster official."

Looking through past solutions I tried the following:

- Delete all user data. When I re-ran it synced my settings and the same issue happened

- I logged in with a different account. This got me into the game, but when I switched profiles it hangs at "Loading"

Really disappointing that I could play this game when it's free, but now I can't after I pay for it.

Are there any known solutions/workarounds?

By deleting all user data, did you also deleted your Gamertag from the console?

It´s possible that some conflict from your different accounts is preventing you from accessing the game.

Please try to delete all the Gamertags on your console, then download only the Gamertag that purchased the game.

I ended up going into the game settings and deleting the madden profile for my gamertag on console and for live. This essentially reset the game for me, but it also got me past the login screen. It's rather unfortunate that I had to perma delete all my progress but at least it worked.

It looks like there is a conflict between the console and your game data.

This will be fixed by deleting the cloud saves on your Xbox One
