Redeemed Code and content doesn't show in MUT. Madden 17 PS4

I bought the deluxe edition of madden 17. I redeemed the code on the PlayStation store but it doesn't show up on Madden 17 MUT. I checked the PlayStation store and it shows that i downloaded it. Were are the 10  ALL PRO PACKS i paid for.

You get 1 pack today and it will show up in the "Unopened Packs" section. Even it says "0 items" click on it anyway.
