OTP & CO-OP PLAY FOR MADDEN 17

Will there be any OTP or Co-op play in the new madden 17 for Xbox One or is it still resuming with it's 1v1 format with no online player collaboration? 

Also, if it is still only 1v1 -- Is there a reasoning for why this was not added into the game i.e game dynamics, play-ability, connection issues... ect?
