No callback, no mutrewards

I cannot get a callback for over a year now. I had to go into live chat, told them the problem, and that insted of fixing my problem i think i am being harrassed, and this is still true to this day. Said 4 minutes for callback, my number is correct on the screen, but in 10 minutes, i did not get a 4 minute callback again. And my mutrewards will not update on ps4! It says it on mutrewards screen 188 packs opened, on my ps4, it says 0.... so im like wow, cant get a callback, and cant fix mutrewards.
