Madden Account Being Denied Access

I got on madden and I tried to click on auction and trades and it says the message "your account has been denied access to this feature, please contact customer service for more information". Need some help

I cannot access the auction house through ultimate team and it says I have been "denied access" from the auction house. I have not done anything wrong. I have 2 farm accounts and occasionally move coins and players from there. Also I buy MHC from muthead and that's it.

i am having a similar issue and service advisor says they dont handle suspended or limited access accounts.  so who do we contact?  with EA its very hard to contact someone that actually can do anything.

thank you for quick response.  i did get contacted by a terms of service person today. but as i stated customer service ea does not handle suspended or banned accounts,
