Madden 17 Security Check Issue [ Edited ]

Can't sign into madden now because of this. Guess I won't play it anymore? How do I apply for a refund if I'm locked out of a game I purchased because of a software issue on the developer side? I put a lot of money into ultimate team. Sucks that I get treated this way when I give this company so much money.

The same issue is happening for me on Madden 17, spent hours trying to figure this out. The security check screen is not allowing you select "Next" and I just installed Madden on Xbox One S today... did the online update separately, didn't fix the issue. This is pathetic...
