I'm Pacific, PST.

I think I put Madden in around 1 or 2 PM yesterday, it took an hour or two to finish installing and all, so I started encountering the problem from about 3 or 4 PM yesterday. Still having it unfortunately :/

I reset my password then unplugged everything and their was no security check

Hello,

I have having the same issue where I try to log onto to EA sports. It asked me for my password which I put in and then asked to type in letter/numbers as they appear.

After I did that, it would not let me hit next.

It works now!

After I signed in, I then restarted the Playstation.

I then had to put my EA sports password in again and it worked.
