When I log into EA on Madden 17, it won't let me hit "next" on the security check.

haves try to refresh many time no result.

what can i do????

My son said he finally restarted the Xbox out of frustration and din't get this screen anymore.

Having same issue and hitting refresh makes no difference you can do this all day and it still does the same. Need this fixed it's getting ridiculous and it's got everything to do with EA and a security check that won't even let you submit your answer like what?!?!?!

no, at first i figured it was cause the game wasn't 100% done installing but then the game said full install done and it still won't work.
