Madden 17 Security Check Issue

When I log into EA on Madden 17, it won't let me hit "next" on the security check.

We have identified the cause of this issue and will be implementing the fix as soon as we can.

Potential workaround: Reset your password via the Origin client or webpage.

You should be able to hit the refresh button to get a different Captcha and then enter it correctly to continue.

I'm having the same issue, is this case sensitive? I tried both ways and still unsuccessful, help!!!!

Assume it is case sensitive.

Did you hit refresh and try to enter a few different ones?

I have also tried it multiple times. This is ridiculous. More appalling performance from Madden 17.

• Have you ever been able to get past this Captcha in the past?

ISP: irrelevant and not sure
Platform: PS4 Pro
Captcha: Never encountered it before on a game.
