Madden 17 Says "I'm too early" when I have EA Access

I own both madden 17, and EA Access, and I still had two hours left on my trial, but when I try to launch the game, It says I am too early. I uninstalled both and reinstalled, and hard reset my xbox several times, and nothing has changed.

I get the same error, but I know I used up all my time for the trial.

Is it possible that you left the app and running and it used up the remaining time? If not, you could try reaching out to EA or Microsoft. I don't think they have way to reset the timer, but it might be good to report it up to them anyways.

No because I closed the game before I went to bed, and when i got on the next day it said that I had 3 hours left, and by halftime in draft champions I was cut out and couldn't play anymore. I know it didn't take me three hours to draft and start a game

And i've tried contacting EA support and they tell me there's no way for them to fix it and then they send me to microsoft. Microsoft then tells me that they can't reset my hours either and then they send me over to EA support
