XBOX 1 same problem as everyone else began after new patch/ update 2/16. Any news on when this will be fixed, I filled out the entire online EA help support ticket and was greeted with we can't e-mail you about this but we will look into it. Unacceptable costumer service, I will be trying to find a way to actually talk to someone at EA to get a refund.

I'm still experiencing the same cfm weekly training slow motion. Even after doing the update to correct it. I guess we're waiting to hear back from you Barry on when the next update is due?

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Release a new patch because the latest patch you guys release jacked up everything its seems like. Just found out from reading on other posts that the same issue I am having is also in the Gauntlet.
What happens when the bug occurs? Players are going in slow motion. When it shouldn't and I end up losing a point when I shouldn't be.
What do you expect to see? That the game play is in slow motion.
If your game crashed, about how many minutes were you playing before it crashed? 0

Date/time issue occurred Since the last time you guys released the patch, thats when it started.
Did this issue happen in Connected Franchise Mode? No

I also experienced this same issue but in offline franchise mode during the weekly practice sessions on both offense and defense.

This issue is due to be addressed in an upcoming game update.

Thanks for the response on when this weekly game planning slow motion bug will be fixed. Its been roughly three weeks since this bug started. Coupled with an update that I thought was supposed to fix it but didn't. Any idea on when the new update is coming.   Its been extremely frustrating not being able to play.
