Hey guys been playing madden 17 totally addicted, googled how to get more packs an what not an they said join mut rewards so I joined and I have opened 300+ packs , issue is I haven't received any rewards my Xbox says zero packs opened but when I go online it says I've opened a s,$t ton , tried emailing ea but haven't a response any suggestions ?

I have had a help ticket with ea for 7 months for the same issue, and they have done nothing to fix the same problem. My gridiron club in game doesn't show that I've signed up for mut rewards and the online mut rewards account that I have been signed up for doesn't register any of the 700+ packs that I've opened since I bought the game in August. Freaking ridiculous that they can't fix this issue for me...
