Like I have seen on some other posts its not unique.
I just bought my first ever EA game on my xbox 360.
Madden nfl 2017. And when it started it asked if I wanted to change my email adress.
It had something random in it: [edit: email address removed]
So i tried to change it, figured it was nothing specialn but as i submitted it said i put in the wrong password, because it wants the password from the * josh account I presume.
I created a ticket and after a bit of talking I figured out the josh thing was an actually linked origin account and they said cant help you because "we value our clients privacy.
Just make a new xbox live account thank you please come again"
Are you serious? Some random * linked his origin email to my xbox account and now I gotta make a new xbox account?
Trust me, the password was not cracked on my xbox live.
I'll make new "contact with ea advisor" cause that is the answer I'm gonna get here anyway. This time I know what the problem is instead of the general "i cant connect. i opened up with last time"
