Help to redeem code without game console

Hi, I have a code to redeem to possibly win an Xbox through Madden mut rewards sweepstakes from Doritos. However, it gave me instructions to redeem it, and still having trouble. Says for me to redeem code through Madden game console. I don’t have a game console, so is there another way to redeem online?
