Got cheated on a win

I was up 63-9 with 30 sec left on madden 17 and this guy pressed pause. Instead of conceding like I was waiting for him to do all game, he turned his game off with 30 sec left. After the screen said the connection to your opponent has been lost, it showed me my positive points and his negative. It even gave me the survey about the quality of the internet during this game. After it went back to the main screen I had a loss. Wtf is going on. See the attachment. I'm the Bengals.

Since win does winning by over 50 mean a loss? Bummer EA. Is there anything you can do?

I've moved this post to the Madden boards.

Sorry to hear this happened - it's certainly no fun to be awarded a loss if you're winning. Unfortunately it's not possible for us to manually update a result so we wouldn't be able to add a win or remove the loss from your record.

What I will do is send this report onto the Madden team so it can be looked into to try and find out what happened.
