It's 2018 and I'm dealing with this issue now. Was 5 years into a offline franchise and now, after trying everything I'm forced to uninstall the game, delete my saved files and then reinstall. I really hope this fixes the issue.
I wonder is there is something I could have done that caused the files to become corrupt. Or if it's just something that happens.
Offline franchise mode is the only mode I play. So this game will be officially useless to me if this issue isn't resolved. It's already a huge disappoinment to me that I'm losing 5 years is my offline franchise. I will update if this fixes the issue.
