Freezing Franchise modes

Summarize your bug freezing loading screen in franchise only so far, it just updated n i deleted cummunity plays i didnt even download. i followed your advice but still it freezes in franchise training or game
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? idk i tried what was said on here
What happens when the bug occurs? it buzzes n shuts off
What do you expect to see? the game to work
If your game crashed, about how many minutes were you playing before it crashed? just got it

i figured it out you cant use updated roster in preseason franchise mode but u can with default rosters lol

not to sound like a xbox hater, but of all the posts that i have read regarding weird issues (locking up, buzzing, freezing , etc.) 99%-100% of the authors are on xbox. just saying. maybe a lot/most/all of these weird happenings has to due with the console. i am on my 4th franchise (roughly) and played around 3-6 years on each of them. only weird happening i had, was a blue screen error code would show up. all i had to do was change privacy settings to child then back to adult and have not had anything weird happen since.

What happens when the bug occurs? The loading screen freezes
What do you expect to see? The loading screen goes for a bit but then just stops after a couple seconds.

Freezes on that every time

When I'm playing connected franchise my game freezes and just stays stuck there, forcing me to restart the game, it happens many times. What should I do?
