Email change

Hi. I'm having trouble changing my email and password on the game and linking it with ea sports.com/origin.  When entering my password in the game, it says either wrong password or that it's unable to update my account.  But when I enter my email and password on the website, it works just fine.  Also my security question is in Japanese and I can't read it.

Please make contact with an EA Game Advisor for assistance with resetting your security question. While you are there, you can have the Advisor help you change your EA email/password.
