So you're unable to follow the guidance given here to change your account details for one reason or the other ? https://help.ea.com/en-au/help/account/if-you-forgot-your-ea-account-id-or-password/
In that case, your best bet is to contact an EA Advisor at the EA Support directly: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
First make sure you're logged in from the top right of that page, and choose your region. Then for the Case Information, choose "Origin" as your 'game or service' , PC/MAC whichever you use as your platform, "Manage my account" as the 'Topic' and "Manage account details" as your 'Issue' . For the "What security settings are you trying to setup or change?" , choose "Other". For the next question whether you've tried to change it on your own, choose Yes, but you're having something blocking you from changing it on your own. Then just choose whether you use Origin 9 or 10 and a blue "Select contact option" button should appear. Click it.
Mind you, there is currently a Hurricane Ophelia hitting the Ireland/UK region which currently is affecting the support times ( https://help.ea.com/en/help/alert-message/support-delays-due-to-severe-weather/ ) due to them having to close down one of the support centres for today. Due to less Advisors around, you may find it more difficult to contact them. You can still try your best though, and nothing stops you from ever changing the region you're contacting to, either. You can also change your Topic/Issue if you are not given the choice at all to contact the Live chat or Live call.
