EA Access Madden 17

I have EA access and madden 17 however I cannot play the game or download it of off the ea access hub. I have tried unplugging my Xbox and a power cycle but I still can't play.

Same problem. They don't seem to care. As long as we already spent the money why fix it right? Never buying an ea game again. I've bought their games for years and I've never once had a response to any of my customer service cases. Complete bs I deserve to have what I'm paying for. I've tried uninstalling, power cycling, anything u can think of.
