What happens when the bug occurs? "You have lost your connection to the EA Servers. Please make sure your Ethernet cable is connected. You will be unable to access any online features until you sign in again" error message.

I haven't been able to play Madden online (MUT) for 4 days now. No matter what I do I always get the message "EA servers were unable to process your request" or "You have lost your connection to the EA Servers. Please make sure your Ethernet cable is connected. You will be unable to access any online features until you sign in again."
Are you using an ethernet cable or are you connecting wirelessly? Either way, try the other connection method and let us know if there is any change, thanks.
It happens pretty much every time I start the game. I disconnect and reconnect the wifi and it works but it's still pretty annoying.
