Can't Access Online play for madden

Can't access online play. Tells me that "An Xbox live membership limitation does not allow you to access this feature. See http://help.ea.com/article/not-able-to-connect-to-online-play for addiional information. "

I received no help. Anyone deal with this before?

Do you have an underage account?

Have you checked the xbox server status page?

Is your account banned? (It's not currently)

Have you tried any connection troubleshooting?

I’m having the same problem. My account isn’t underage, my connection is fine and the servers are up. I keep having this limitation issue while having Xbox live. Pretty upsetting
