10 hours ran out

I got off last night with 6 hours left then when i went to get on today it said my trial was done and i need to buy the full game. This is very irritating for me because i bought EA access solely because i wanted to play Madden early. Any help would be appreciated as i am very upset and confused at this time....Gt- MRxxUSERxxPICKx

Thats not true because I closed out the madden app on my xbox and i only played it for two hours and it still says i used up all my time after only playing for two hours.

You could try contacting Microsoft to see if they can reset the timer for you, however, I'm not sure if that's a service they provide. 

I've ran into the same issue previously. Unfortunately, if you leave the application open when your turn off the Xbox, it will it up all your time.
