im having the same issue on xbox one, unbelievable that on the first day they already have problems

I don't work for EA in any way so I am not sure if this is an approved work around but I was able to get around this problem on my ps4.  I deleted all my Online System data, after that data was deleted all the online Madden data was successfully downloaded

it has finally downloaded for me but now I have issues with receiving my pro packs from deluxe edition....

Will doing this delete the deluxe bonus if you have already downloaded it?

how long did it take and what did you do to get it to download?

It won't load past the "loading roster-official" screen. I waited over an hour and still nothing. I've done everything I can to try to fix it. I need a fix to this problem.
