how do I log into a different EA account on Madden

Years ago, my friend logged into his EA account on my xbox. When I transferred over to xbox one the account history stayed. Now that I have my own EA account I would like to put it onto my xbox but it seems that there is no option to log out or change the username/email of the account when I start up Madden 16. I am extremely disappointed due to the fact that I cannot participate in online features like Ultimate Team until I log into my EA account.

If you want to log into a different EA ACCOUNT you just need to login to one of our games from a different Gamertag or PSN ID (if you're on console). You can only have one Gamertag/PSN ID linked to an EA account.

Here is how to find out what email address is linked up to the EA account that has your Gamertag synced.

1. Find it by going into one of our games. https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/find-your-ea-account-email-address-using-your-game/
2. Visit Help.EA.com and sign in using the Microsoft or PlayStation Network login button. Then, click on Accounts at the top and Change Email Address. It should display there.

You need to link your console account to your EA account, information on this can be found here:

You may be having trouble importing your XBox Live Gamertag or Playstation Network info if it is linked to an account other than your main EA account.

I can't change my password for my ea account I started on my new downloaded game NBA 16 live when I downloaded NFL 16 I had to put in my password but I forgot it how can I fix this please help!!?!!

Whenever I start up my madden 18 it’s asks me to login to an account, I have no idea how that account got there, now I cannot do MUT or any online things because there is no option to log out
