X-Factor packs Madden16

I am unable to purchase the X-Factor bundle packs for Madden16.
It is keep saying that I have no more purchases left & I haven't purchased any of these pack yet!
No happy with this at all!

I WAS TRYING TO MAKE AN IN GAME PURCHASE ON MADDEN AND COULD NOT BECAUSE IT SAID THAT "YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY PURCHASE LEFT" BUT I NEVER MADE ANY PURCHASE ON 4/24/16. HELP!

This was most likely a transient issue, were you guys able to make the purchase since your posts?

@ EA_barry it doesn't matter now, most of us were trying to get the best chance at pulling a golden ticket or a boss card and because it was not available we couldn't.
