Where is my online ranking???

I reached out to EA, and they told me to post here. I am ranked around 3000 in Madden 16. I play on the PS4. This past Saturday after I finished a game, my ranking was gone. My points was still there, but no ranking. Also, the option where you can select to see the top 100 players, or your ranking, or compare stats went from 3 options, to 2 (only compare stats and top 100).

What is the deal? And what is Madden doing to fix it?
