Unable to connect to the EA servers.

Anyone else having issues with connecting to servers? I have forwarded the ports and madden 15 works fine. It is just Madden NFL 16 that wont connect. Any help?

I have had the same issue as well. I have spent over 2 hours of my trial attempting to connect to server. Madden 15 works fine, no issues connecting to server, playing H2H, or MUT. It is only madden 16 that cannot connect. I have done the port forwarding as shown with no avail.

I also pre-loaded madden from xbox one pre order then after that i started the trial. I am wondering if maybe the download from the pre order does not have all the correct updates that the trial version has. I have deleted the game files and am atempting to re-download from EA access instead of from xbox. I will let you know if that solves the issue.

Also, since i have installed madden 16 i am getting an error on madden 15 and EA access that it is unable to load my profile and asks me to use my offline profile. Not sure if that has anything to do with it or how to fix it.

I have the same exact issue. All ports forwarded and madden 15 works no problem. I have yet to get an answer on this issue on any of the forums. I will let you know if i find a solution.

Just curious, did you pre-order and pre-download from xbox store before you started the EA access trial or did you download the game directly from EA access?

I downloaded the pre order  from the XBOX store and it was the super delux version. I later then registered with EA Access and subscribed. Getting into the game was no problem it is all the online features such as draft champions and MUT That wont allowe me to access due to " Unable to connect to the EA servers at this time. Please check your connection or try again later."

I did the process the exact same way. Super deluxe version as well. I am going to try to remove the game and re-install from EA access app. I am thinking the pre order version may not have updated files.

I have the exact same problem. The customer care team are useless and keep referring me to the specialist team who just hang up. Very disappointed in EA right now as you cant own up to the fact your servers have always been *. Where do I get my refund???

Hi,

I have not been able to connect to the EA servers since the trial of Madden 16 was made available. Game loads fine but does not connect. I have hard rested my xbox and router, and confirmed the ports advised are open (they are the standard xbox live ports anyhow). I am able to connect to Madden 15 and fifa 15 as well which makes me to believe my connection is fine and that it maybe something from your side.

I am located in Australia and have quite a few friends having the same issue and have not been able to connect since it was made available,, but some have successfully connected and have had no issues?

I am keen to get into it, but can only play offline Franchise and skills trainer mode. 

Any help would be great.
