I played a full game in Franchise mode and won while playing the trial through EA Access. There was no save option but when I advanced the week it did autosave or at least that's what it said. When I went back in to play my second week game I was put back to the first game. It did not save my progress and I lost almost an hr of the trial. First why didn't it save? Second why should I lose an hr of the trial for a service that I paid for? I signed for the entire year. I don't think its fair that I played my game, finished it, advanced the week, saw that it saved and then quit to play the second game and then lost an hr of the trial. I don't want a refund for ea access but I would like the hour back that I lost before the game releases on Tuesday.
