I am one of the top players online, however, you wouldn't be able to tell based on my "rank". I play this game for true competition to be the best, and for the love of this game. I take pride in my record. I would like for someone with EA to contact me, to help get this issue resovled. Below, I have provided an in-game screenshot pertaining to the situation.
