Madden 16 MUT troubles

Plain and Simple. I did the Ultimate Legend Cromartie set and never received the card. I did get the 5000 coins for doing it but not the card. Yes I closed out of Ultimate Team and Yes i restarted the game. I just want my card for doing the set.
