MUT rewards and code redeem

I wanted to know why my total pack count on mut rewards for madden 15 aren't showing up. I spent alot last year and opened hella packs. And it's showing none. Also I bought the most expensive preorder of madden 16 and need to know how to retrieve my code for the extras

once you successfully sign in to MUT rewards it will show you how many packs you have opened.  My question is: at what point does one redeem the rewards in 16? are they instantaneous or require login online?

Naw....it's from total amount of packs open from then to now.
