It was likely marked as a solution at the time for visibility reasons due to the high amount of players being impacted. I'll go ahead and remove it as a solution so it's removed from view when searching for answers to connectivity issues.

This is an older thread and related to a specific connection issue at that given time. I'm going to lock it down and if you need help connecting please feel free to post a new topic.
