I complete a solo challenge and it says I didnt

I played Journey 3's Homecoming and won 48-45 after numerous tries. It then proceeds to not give me the coins or unlock the next, leaving me stuck. Please help

On madden 16 on mut journey II I kick the field goal for the challenge but it doesn't credit me the win and let me continue the sequence

I am no longer able to access NFL Journey and NFL Journey V-flashback on MUT 16. I was at 136/160 on NFL Journey but it erased that and now shows 0/0 for both. I can't even access either now. It shows no games when you click on it. I was so close to getting Winston and now I have no chance to get the Clinton Portis. Is this a bug/glitch? If so is there a timeline on it to be fixed? This is a lot of content I'm missing now.
