HEAD TO HEAD GAMES NOT BEING COUNTED ON MUT16

head 2 head games on seasons mode not being counted. i dont get the win or lose when i play someone on mut 16 head 2 head seasons mode. i do get the coins but not the win or the lose for that matter. it always tells me to start a new season. cant progress, cant get the rewards of badges and coin rewards of winning superbowls and it's really annoying. i'm on xbox 360
