I have two custom playbooks, one defensive and one offensive, and both are set on my settings correctly. However, every time I load up a game directly from the matchup screen in offline franchise mode (not sure about play now or online franchise mode) it reverts back to default settings. The ONLY workaround is to go to the matchup screen and view my playbooks, which of course are loaded properly. Then I hit B and load up the game and the playbooks load as the should. This is annoying. Sure, it only takes a few seconds and I've gotten used to it by now but sometimes I skip it and have to quit the game to make sure it's loaded properly, which takes a few minutes.
Yes, I know for a fact my playbooks are saved properly in the settings so that isn't the issue.
