Created Player stuck as Free Agent [ Edited ]

Need Help! I finished my 3rd season in franchise with a created player. He was up for free agency and I didn't sign before the draft, now he has no offers and can't figure out how to add him to a team.

Are you able to see your created player in the Free Agent list after week 1? If the player isn't there it's entirely possible another team signed him or he retired.
