Changed my Address for Mut Rewards but my pack count went to 0

I recently moved and I decided to change my address in case Ea does send a copy of Madden 18 to me. So I changed my address and I checked my pack count and it was 0. Before this happened it said I had opened +1000 packs. I was on legendary tier but now I'm not. Is there anyway my pack count could go back to my original number?
