I am playing on xbox one and I can't play online due too not having a ea account I made one and someone else's ea account keeps popping up on my xbox and I don't have the password too it what do I do?

You need to link your gaming account to your EA account, information on this can be found here:

If you need to remove the previous owners account then you will need to contact Microsoft Support to do that: http://support.xbox.com/en-us/contact-us
