BUTTONS DELAY IN ONLINE GAMES AGAINST U.S.A PLAYERS (I'M EUROPEAN)

I have a button delay when I play against american players. when I push every button there's a delay in the response of the game. I'm from Italy and this is the second year there's the same problem on PS4 and XBOX ONE (I tried both platforms with madden). I used to play with XBOX360 and there were no problems.

PLEASE EA FIX THIS DELAY BECAUSE YOU'RE GONNA TO LOSE A LOT OF EUROPEAN PLAYERS BECAUSE THE GAME IS BARELY IMPOSSIBLE TO PLAY
