A game advisor was talking to me about getting my players back but havent

The game advisor said I would receive an email about my players yesterday at around 5:30 but I still haven't received an email and it wont let me sign in to this website or the main ea website with my main email. So I cant email them again using my main email but they said I would get all my missing players back
