My sims bundles aren't working ive connected my ea playstation account to my MacBook and the bundles still aren't working. Ive also added both of my bank details and it still didnt work.

Packs bought for console are not transferable to Mac or PC. You will need to buy them in EA App/Origin or some other storefront and redeem the codes in EA App/Origin.
