unrecognised video card sims 4

the notification pops up and I did the whole (GraphicsCard.sgr) into my ConfigOverride folder but it still wouldn't work. Pls help cause I can't figure out what's the problem

You can ignore the error message, it doesn't stop the game working and doesn't affect gameplay.


For Mod issues please post in the Mods forum - https://answers.ea.com/t5/Mods-CC-Issues/bd-p/the-sims-4-game-issues-mods-en If they are showing at the startup screen it means they are installed and recognised by the game. You probably need to do something in-game to enable the Mod.

Please post a screenshot of the error message, it could be one of two known issues.

This is the message I get, also when I add mods, the game recognise the mods are installed are on the game because it shows up in the (start up) but the mods don't work on the game at all because I don't see the game change the slightest, nothing happens even though (enable custom content mods) are ON and (script mods) are ON too.
