@twinprincess When iCloud is enabled, your game folder, and the entire contents of your Documents folder, will likely be moved to cloud storage regularly. Even after you disable iCloud, your existing folder is probably still there. You can open iCloud drive again and move the folder back into Documents\Electronic Arts, and then your game should be able to find it the next time you launch.

@lindzy998 What issue are you currently having? If your saves aren't loading, or new ones are disappearing, then the first thing to try is to remove any Sims 4 game folders you find in your iCloud drive and then disable it. Your missing saves might be in cloud storage, where the game can't read them.
